Pricing Annual Report - 2007

Please find below the results of our Asking Price Report for 2007
which shows results for median and average pricing for new listings for
the entire year. Overall restaurant business pricing showed a healthy
increase over the prior year by nearly 11% in median pricing. The fourth
quarter demonstrated some weakness in the market with decreases of about 20%
over the prior quarter in median and average price however overall the year
still showed a nice bounce in pricing.
