Please find below the results of our Asking Price Report for 2006
which shows results for median and average pricing for new listings for
the entire year. Overall restaurant business pricing showed a moderate
increase over the prior year by nearly 5% in median pricing at roundly
$225,000. Quarter to quarter pricing was relatively stable fluctuation
between 0.4% and 2.7% quarter to quarter for median pricing, with similar
stability in the average listing price. o
