Restaurant Buyer Annual Report – 2007

Restaurants For Sale Online continues to push it's
marketing effort and achieved a third consecutive record year in buyer activity.
As we did in 2006, in 2007 we also reached records for new buyer registrations, median cash available,
average cash available, and total cash. In total the site received just under
6,000 new registered buyers which equated to nearly $3.4 billion of cash
available to invest in restaurants by our buyer pool, which is 39.7% more cash
equity over last year alone. Over the last 5 years we have registered roundly
23,000 registered buyers with $10 billion of cash available. Restaurant owners
looking to sell need to take advantage of this strong buyer boom!
