Annual Report key figures. New buyer registrations, median cash available,
average cash available, and total cash all hit major records as the strong
housing and commercial real estate market continue to drive equity. In total the
site received just under 5,000
new registered buyers which equated to over $2.4 billion of cash
available to invest in restaurants by our buyer pool, which is more than the
last 2 years combined Over the last 4 years Restaurants For Sale Online has
registered nearly 17,000 buyers and that have approximately $6.2 billion of cash
available. This is a great time for restaurant owners to get listed and reach an
audience of investors that have money and are specifically looking at restaurant
opportunities.
