Restaurant Buyer Annual Report – 2005

In 2005, Restaurants For Sale Online experienced
another record year. Our buyer activity grew substantially over the prior year
by over 30% in new registrations, and 63% in cash available. The median cash
available and average cash available were up over 26% as a result of the large
real estate boom. In total the site received over
4,000
new registered buyers which equated to nearly $1.5 billion of cash available to invest in
restaurants by our buyer pool. Over the last 3 years we have generated almost
$4 billion in buyer funds available and will continue to push to grow our
database.
