Restaurant Buyer Annual Report – 2004

The new registration system which was put in place in 2003 has continued to drive buyers registering on Restaurants For Sale Online. In total the site received over 3,100 registered buyers in 2004 which equated to nearly $900 million of cash available to invest in restaurants by our buyer pool. Over the last 2 years we have generated nearly 9,000 new buyers with funds totaling over $2.2 billion in buyer funds available. Buyer activity is a great indication of transaction flow which is a great sign for restaurant owners looking to sell.
