Restaurant Buyer Activity Quarterly Report

In the First
Quarter of 2010 Restaurants For Sale Online registered buyers were up both over the prior
quarter and the same period the prior year at 22.9% and 32.0% respectively. This
is an extremely encouraging sign that restaurant transaction activity in 2010
will be more robust than 2009. As deals do not happen instantaneously, it is
expected that transaction results by the beginning of the third quarter of 2010
should be up significantly from the prior year. For sellers, this may be a good
time to get your listing on the market and take advantage of the buyers jumping
back in. U.S. buyers had greater penetration from the new buyer base which
indicates the U.S. may be leading the recovery. Below find
