Restaurant Buyer Activity Quarterly Report

In the Fourth
Quarter of 2009 Restaurants For Sale Online although registered buyers were down compared
to the third quarter, the fourth quarter generally has slower buyer activity
because of the holiday period. The encouraging thing to look at is the year over
year results which grew by 13.5%. This is a good indicator buyers are coming
back to the market and restaurant transactions will begin to flow more regularly
within the next 6 to 12 months. International business as well as the West coast
had a greater penetration in Q4 of 2009 versus the same period a year ago
whereas the South seemed to go down a bit. Below find
a breakdown of how buyers registered on a regional basis during this period.
