Restaurant Buyer Activity Quarterly Report – Q2 2009

In the Second Quarter of 2009 Restaurants For Sale Online registered 738 new buyers. This was a 9.8% increase over the prior period and a moderate trending -17.8% decrease over the same period in 2008. Although there is a decrease over 2008, the recent quarterly increase and moderating decrease is a sign that buyers are coming back to the market which makes now a good time for restaurant owners to start putting listings on the market if they have been considering selling. Below find a breakdown of how buyers registered on a regional basis during this period.
